What I Say to Myself Each Morning Matters

Can I share with you what I say to myself each morning when I'm doing it right?

My mindset, my conversations, and everything I do is different when I lead the day saying and thinking this...

"What a great day the Lord has made and what a great day to be alive!

I'm not sure what God is going to do today and this week but I know it's going to be good. I'm just grateful to be apart of it!"

Boom! I'm ready to go!

But if I'm 100% honest, I do not lead every day with that.

Some days I have "unhealthy" self talk.

My go to "unhealthy" self talk is:

"I'm never going to get it all done. What if I left people down? What if we don't make any new sales this month?"

As you can probably guess, the days I lead with unhealthy self talk don't go as well. I'm not as productive and I don't serve others as well.

You're probably one step ahead me.

"Why don't I just lead every day with healthy self talk then?"

Working on it! : )

Everyone has healthy and unhealthy self talk.

I'd love to hear what other people say to themselves..

(healthy or unhealthy)

HIGH FIVES IF YOU DID WELL THIS MORNING WITH YOUR SELF TALK!

- and if you didn't, it's not too late to turn it around! : )
